On November 28, Le Hatley Restaurant at Manoir Hovey will host an exceptional gastronomic event: a four-hands dinner bringing together Christophe Hay, two-Michelin-starred chef of Fleur de Loire in Blois, France, and our very own Chef Alexandre Vachon of the Five-Diamond Le Hatley Restaurant.
Both members of Relais & Châteaux, the chefs share a common philosophy — a cuisine deeply rooted in the land, respectful of nature, and inspired by the rhythm of the seasons.
For this unique evening, they will craft an exclusive 8-course tasting menu, a tasty encounter between the flavors of the Loire Valley and those of Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Between land and river, heritage and creativity, each dish will tell a story — that of two regions, two chefs, and one shared passion for taste.
