The forests, gardens, waterways, and wildlife surrounding Manoir Hovey are among our greatest treasures—and our greatest responsibilities. We support biodiversity through on-site beekeeping, responsible landscaping practices, and seasonal, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Throughout the property, energy-efficient systems, water-conscious operations, and environmentally responsible products help reduce our environmental footprint. Through our partnership with Veritree, we fund the planting of 10 trees in Canada every day, contributing to global reforestation efforts that restore ecosystems and strengthen climate resilience.
